Our Founder and CEO
Mayan Chin Jacobi is the creative force and strategic planner behind every Magnolia Israel journey. With over a decade of experience designing meaningful, one-of-a-kind trips for families, congregations, colleges, and federations across North America and beyond, she brings warmth, insight, and deep expertise to every itinerary.
Mayan’s love for travel was sparked at age 12, when her family relocated to India. There, she reconnected with her Jewish-Indian roots and explored much of Asia, discovering early on how travel can foster authentic relationships and deepen cultural understanding. That formative experience continues to shape her approach today. With a joyful spirit and a mindful eye for detail, Mayan curates trips that reflect both her vibrant personality and her belief in travel as a powerful tool for connection and transformation.
